Managing User Owned Content
Apart from all main sections provided in ioSys; Article, Gallery, Online Catelog, Shopping Cart, Polls, News, Links, Multimedia Gallery, and Webboard, users can also add their own content pages. This user-owned-content is located in the Web Main Menu panel showing in the next picture.

Adding a new menu link under a main page, generates a pop up menu (when viewed in Internet Explorer).
For each page of user-owned content, the system allows users to input 2 seperate languages. For example English and another language like Spanish. If you make your website bi-lingual, visitors can choose which language to view the site.
Adding, Deleting and Editing Menu
To add a new content web page (and add this to the navigation menu), login to the Main content section in Control Panel and:
- Double click on a name in the left box to expand the menu/content structure on the right.
- Put the mouse pointer on top of the name list you want to manage (do not click it yet.)
- Right click it. The pop-up menu will display. Here you can delete, edit (change its name) and add a new (sub) menu. Click on the command you want to action.

Note: Normally, after adding a new menu (page), the default name of this new menu will be “new menu“. You have to change it to the wording you want by editing its name. After changing the name, click on it to load up the form in the Edit Content box below. You can now input new content. In case the form does not load up, refresh the browser program by:
- from Internet Explorer
- press F5 or selecting View > Refresh command from menu bar
- from Firefox
- press Ctrl+R or selecting View > Reload command from menu bar
The form looks like this next picture.

Changing Menu Order or Menu Structure
To change the menu order or structure, for example, changing main menu to sub menu or in the opposite, simply do this.
- Click mouse on the menu you want to change and then drag it up or down to new position. When finished, just release the mouse button.

Note: While dragging the menu item to the new position, if the new position is indicated by a small black arrow, the menu will become sub-menu of the main menu above it (it will be displayed in pop-up menu when viewed in Internet Explorer). But if the new position is indecated by the thick black line, the menu will become a new main menu item.
