Working with Webboard

Before being able to raise a topic in webboard, It is recommended that system adminstrator has to setup webboard’s categories first. In order to effectively handle number of topics which will be added into webboard in the future, if there is no topic categories setup, all topics in the webboard will be mixed up. It will be hard to browse through pages of topic list just to seek for the topic that interests you.

Below is the stracture sample of webboard that our ioSys system supports. The system allows users to setup 2 levels (in depth) of categories before adding topics. (You can setup more category than shown in the picture.)
