Adding Image Album

Before adding image into album, it is recommended that users should create an album first. Imagine you have hundreds of image to put into image gallery. It will be difficult and inconvenient to browse through hugh amount of images in order to find and view a picture you want. Categorizing image helps organize images and put them into groups so they can be found and viewed easily.

1. After entering into Gallery group at a stage of Add album, do the followings

• (1) Name the album category. In this case, we are going to add the picture album of fruit. Specify name and description for the album in Name: and Details: fields accordingly. You can put a number to specify an order to show album at Order: field
• (2) To make an easily understandable and beautiful gallery, users should prepare image files to represent each album before adding albums into gallery. In this sample, we have prepared a thumbnail picture of a basket of fruits for the album. Click Browse to select image file.

2. When Choose file box appears, browse to folder contained the picture file you want.

• (1) Click on a picture file you want to use as the album’s thumbnail picture.
• (2) Click on Open button.

3. Continue working by

• (1) Clicking Submit button.
• (2) Albums’ name list will appear in Current Album box down the computer screen.
• (3) Click on Add pic command to add a picture into the album.

4. Proceed to next step by

• (1) Indicating a name and caption for picture
• (2) Click on Browse button.

5. When Choose file box appears, browse to folder contained the picture file you want to add into the album.

• (1) Click on the relevant picture file you want.
• (2) Click on Open button.

6. Back to main screen of adding picture to album,

• (1) click on Save button
• (2) The picture and its control details will be listed in Current picture box below
• Redo step 4-6 to add more pictures into the album

7. All images of the current album will be listed in the table under Current picture box

• (1) Users can change the display order of pictures in the gallery by clicking green up and down arrow. Users can also edit each image’s name, caption. To change image file and delete image by clicking Edit and Delete picture command accordingly.

8. The image albums look like the picture below.
